The Ranwood label did some amazing sunshine pop!!!!! Sounds of Sunshine and Samson and Hagar are a couple of favorites. I have a lot of awesome sunshine pop on this label.

Had a listen to the Mystic Monks 45 - muzaky psych pop instrumentals seemingly inspired by the success of "Whiter Shade Of Pale". I guess I was hoping for something along the lines of Friar Tuck.

Was there a Sounds Of Sunshine LP? They released quite a few singles.

Was there a Sounds Of Sunshine LP? They released quite a few singles. Yep,they released 4 or 5 I think. I have the lps "Love Means You Never Have To Say You`re Sorry" (1969-70),"Today Is The First Day Of The Rest Of Your Life" (1971) both on the Ranwood label, and a greatest hits on GNP Crescendo. I also have a non lp Ranwood 45 by them called "Sea Gull".
